New middleweight adventure motorcycle priced at RM32,900, with a 150km off-road ownership experience in Gerik, Perak

(“MODENAS”), a member of the DRB-HICOM Group, has announced an exclusive Kawasaki KLE500 Megatrail promotion for the first 60 customers in Malaysia, following the commencement of its digital launch campaign on 3 August 2026.

Priced at a recommended retail price of RM32,900, excluding insurance and road tax, the KLE500 is Kawasaki’s latest offering in Malaysia’s growing middleweight adventure segment. The promotion is available from 3 to 31 August 2026 at authorised Kawasaki dealerships nationwide.

Designed for daily commuting, long-distance touring and off-road exploration, the KLE500 combines a 451cc parallel-twin engine with long-travel suspension, 21-inch front and 17-inch rear spoke wheels, selectable ABS and rally-inspired styling.

Its upright ergonomics, three-position adjustable windshield and 16-litre fuel tank provide a balanced combination of comfort, control and versatility across varying road and terrain conditions.

Taking place on 26 September 2026 at Dataran Amanjaya Lawin, Gerik, Perak, the Kawasaki Megatrail Fun Ride features a 150km off-road route through forest trails, hills, rocky paths and river crossings.

The supported riding experience includes meals, camping facilities, route guidance, bike rescue and support, emergency medical assistance and designated fuelling checkpoints.

Participants will also stand a chance to win lucky draw prizes worth RM40,000, including a new Kawasaki motorcycle.

Through the package, KLE500 owners will be able to experience the motorcycle in its intended environment, build riding confidence and connect with the Kawasaki adventure community.
