SEPANG, 24 May 2026 – Motosikal dan Enjin Nasional Sdn. Bhd. (“MODENAS”) continued to
strengthen its community presence at the second round of the Malaysian Cub Prix
Championship 2026, held at Sepang International Circuit, with strong
participation from Z15GT owners and riders from across Malaysia.
Building on the
momentum from the season opener in Tangkak, the Round 2 activation saw 58
motorcycles and 70 participants joining a community-led convoy to the
Sepang race venue. Participants came from various parts of Malaysia, including
Penang and Terengganu, reflecting the growing enthusiasm among Z15GT owners and
the wider MODENAS rider community.
The convoy was
organised under the LokalLagiSyok banner, bringing Z15GT owners together
through a shared community identity that celebrates Malaysian riding culture,
owner pride and grassroots motorsports participation. The initiative reflects
how MODENAS’ community engagement continues to grow beyond product ownership,
creating a platform for riders to connect, participate and represent the brand
in a more organic and meaningful way.
Beyond the convoy
itself, the community presence also served as direct support for MODENAS’
partner racing teams competing in the Pro-Am category using the MODENAS
Z15GT platform. By bringing owners closer to the race environment, the
activation helped connect everyday Z15GT riders with the model’s ongoing
motorsports journey, strengthening the relationship between product ownership,
racing visibility and community pride.

The programmed began
with a morning gathering at R&R Dengkil Southbound, where
participants assembled from 9.00am before departing at 9.30am. The convoy then
proceeded to Lotus Putra Nilai, where riders stopped by the MODENAS
roadshow to collect official shirts and limited-edition patches as part of the
community activation.
The group later
continued to D’Dangau @ Nilai at 11.00am for an early lunch stop before
heading to Sepang International Circuit. The early lunch arrangement
helped ensure participants arrived at the race venue in time for the pit walk
session, which began at 12.30pm. Upon arrival, participants took part in
various race-day activities including pit walk, group photography, community
interaction and free-and-easy engagement around the venue.

representative, Fauzi Dahlan, reflecting strong leadership presence and
further strengthening the connection between MODENAS management, group-level
stakeholders and the growing Z15GT owner community.
The activation forms
part of MODENAS’ wider effort to build a stronger ownership culture around the
Z15GT platform, especially as the model continues to gain visibility through
its involvement in Malaysian Cub Prix 2026. Through initiatives such as owner
convoys, race-weekend gatherings, limited-edition merchandise and community
touchpoints, MODENAS aims to create a more connected rider ecosystem that goes
beyond product ownership alone.
The Z15GT has become
an important platform for MODENAS in engaging Malaysian riders, combining
product pride, local engineering identity and grassroots motorsports
participation. Its growing community presence at Cub Prix rounds reflects
strong owner interest and the potential for the model to continue building
emotional connection among riders.

In addition to
supporting its partner teams in the Pro-Am category throughout the 2026 season,
MODENAS continues to use motorsports as a platform for product visibility,
rider engagement and community development. The Round 2 activation at Sepang
demonstrated how race weekends can serve not only as competitive motorsports
events, but also as meaningful gathering points for owners, fans and the wider
motorcycle community.
